The ATW Stringer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the automatic stringer machine used to weld solar cells together to form a solar module. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment efficiently.

• Machine Operation:

• Operate the ATW stringer machine to perform precise tabbing and welding of solar cells.

• Set up the machine according to the specifications for different solar module types.

• Quality Control:

• Monitor the welding process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to production standards.

• Inspect solar cells for defects such as misalignment, poor welding, or damaged cells.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine in optimal working condition.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly.

• Material Handling:

• Load and unload solar cells and ribbons into the machine as per production requirements.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.

• Process Monitoring:

• Track production metrics, including output rates, defect rates, and machine performance.

• Report any deviations or issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance team.

• Safety Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries.
