Main Purpose of the Role:
The ISO Certified Quality Internal Auditor at Constrotech is responsible for ensuring that the company’s processes and systems comply with ISO standards. This role involves conducting internal audits, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending corrective actions. The Quality Internal Auditor will play a key role in enhancing the firm's processes and ensuring continuous improvement in quality management systems.

1. Audit Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and the ability to conduct thorough internal audits.

2. Process Improvement: Strong ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend effective improvements.

3. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.

4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to assess processes and identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

5. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively report audit findings and recommend improvements to management.

6. Proactivity: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.

Key Outcomes of the Position:
1. Conduct Internal Audits: Regularly perform internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and company policies.

2. Identify Improvement Areas: Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies.

3. Recommend Corrective Actions: Provide actionable recommendations to management for improving processes and ensuring compliance.

4. Ensure Continuous Improvement: Work closely with various departments to implement changes and ensure continuous improvement in quality management systems.

5. Maintain ISO Certification: Ensure that the company’s quality management system remains compliant with ISO standards, contributing to the maintenance of ISO certification.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of a graduation degree, with additional certifications in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality management systems and internal auditing.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in auditing tools and software, and a strong understanding of ISO standards.

4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.

5. Leadership: Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

6. Detail-Oriented: Highly detail-oriented to ensure accurate and thorough audits

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
