Admission counselors are often expected to be approachable, knowledgeable, and effective communicators, as they play a key role in shaping the student body and fostering a positive relationship between the institution and its prospective students.
- **Recruitment and Outreach**:
Actively participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus tours to attract potential students.
Build relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the institution.
- **Admissions Process**:

- **Counseling and Advising**:
Counsel prospective students on academic programs, career paths, and the benefits of attending the institution.
Address inquiries related to admission policies, financial aid, scholarships, and other relevant topics.
Provide guidance to students on selecting appropriate courses and majors based on their academic and career goals.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:
Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the admissions process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Follow up with accepted students to facilitate enrollment and address any additional requirements.
- **Data Management**:
Generate reports and analyze admission trends to inform recruitment strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
