**Position Overview**:
The Career Counsellor will guide students in choosing the right courses based on their career aspirations, skill levels, and industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to assess student interests, skills, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about Miracle IT Career Academy's courses and certifications.
- Assist students in understanding job opportunities and career paths related to their chosen courses.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for students.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and events to address career planning and skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience as a Career Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with IT careers and industry-specific certifications is a plus

**.Job Types**: Full-time

**Pay**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
