We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Admission Counsellor** to join our team and help students take the next step in their learning journey.

**Position Overview**:
The **Admission Counsellor** will be responsible for reaching out to potential students through telecalling, explaining course details, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring successful enrollments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to meet admission targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **outbound calls** to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about **courses, fees, curriculum, and learning outcomes**.
- Understand students’ academic and career goals to recommend the right online programs.
- **Follow up** with leads to ensure successful conversion and course enrollment.
- Maintain and update **student databases and call records** regularly.
- Assist students throughout the **admission and onboarding process**.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed **daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills** (both English and Hindi language preferred).
- Strong **telecalling and lead conversion** skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Good understanding of **online education and digital learning platforms**.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in **student counselling, telecalling, or admissions** (preferably in EdTech or training institutes).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
