**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of database technologies like SQL or Oracle.
- Experience with web services like REST or SOAP.
- Knowledge of IT operations, such as networking, server administration, and virtualization.
- Familiarity with security concepts and technologies, such as encryption, certificates, and key management.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
