**What You Will Deliver**
- Generate invoices for customers and ensure timely dispatch of bills.
- Manage and maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with all accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Create and maintain various MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve billing and MIS functions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate billing and timely reporting of operational data.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communicate with customers and resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in billing and MIS functions in the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics industry processes and regulations.
