**Position Overview**:
The **Ad Sales Manager **will lead our advertising sales department, developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain advertisers while maximizing revenue. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical ability to target potential clients, design compelling advertising packages, and foster strong relationships with advertisers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy, targeting potential advertisers across various platforms (print, digital, events).
- Lead, train, and manage the ad sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers, understanding their needs and offering tailored advertising solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and attractive advertising opportunities that align values and mission.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, presenting them to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of advertiser satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in ad sales, with at least 2 -5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the [industry/type of products or services] sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of advertising sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
