**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and execute the complete **sales process** from lead generation to closure.
- Identify and profile potential customers based on **business size** and **industry verticals**.
- Build and maintain relationships with key **decision-makers** and **stakeholders** within the customer hierarchy.
- Promote and sell **IT products, OEM solutions, and security technologies** tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct regular **client visits** and on-site meetings to strengthen relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the **Chennai market**, including customer landscape and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly/quarterly sales targets**.
- Accurately report sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **4 years of sales experience**, with at least **2 years in the Chennai market**.
- Strong experience in **IT Sales, OEM Sales, and Security Solution Sales**.
- Deep understanding of **sales strategy**, **customer segmentation**, and **market topology**.
- Proven track record of **target achievement**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a **go-getter attitude**, **persistence**, and **focus**.
- Familiarity with **security technologies** is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
