**Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executives**
**Experience: 6 months to 1 year**
**Location: Bandra West**
Key Responsibilities:
- **Front Desk Management**:
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, greeting visitors, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or location.
- **Communication**:
- **Customer Service**:
Providing excellent customer service to visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Support**:
Assisting with tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, sorting mail
- **General Office Support**:
Maintaining office supplies, coordinating with other departments, and performing other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the organization.
- **Maintaining a positive and professional attitude**:
Creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all visitors and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with a wide range of people.
- **Customer Service Skills**: A friendly and helpful demeanor, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
