**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update guest records in the CRM system.
- Develop and manage relationships with returning and potential clients.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and special needs.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or CRM role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
