We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk (Skin Clinic) on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Atur Nagar, Undri, Pune - 411060, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
