Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a Clinic. Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome patients and greet them who visit the clinic. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, visitor logbooks and brochures)
- Maintain clinic security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue and collect visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & data entry

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
