Camp Pune Maharashtra, India Pune Multispeciality Clinic Full time ₹ 80,000 - ₹ 1,20,000 per year

Looking for a receptionist (female) minimum 12th pass preferable a graduate in any discipline

for clinic at MG Road Pune Camp.

Working hrs: 9:30am to 5:30pm

Salary -Rs 8,000-12,000 approx. Depending on experience of work.

Work responsibilities

  1. Welcome clients and guide them through consultation & treatment process.

  2. ⁠Assist doctor with patient preparation and coordination.

  3. ⁠Provide treatment-related instructions and post-care guidance when required.

  4. ⁠Front Desk & Administration

  5. Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

  6. ⁠Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Data entry
  7. ⁠ ⁠Maintain patient records, billing, and daily reports.
  8. Clinic Operations
  9. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
  10. ⁠Manage inventory of consumables and assist in stock handling.

Pre-requisite

  • Good communication and writing skills in English & Hindi or Marathi
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business.
  • ⁠Pleasant personality, good grooming & professional behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic
