**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and manage the clinic’s appointment system.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments.
- Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide basic information to patients about clinic services and policies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to manage patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate to the appropriate staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or above.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with medical record systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
