Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and frameworks.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify critical data domains (e.g., customers, products, vendors) and ensure consistent data definitions and quality.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and data governance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
- Develop and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures to maintain data quality and governance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools).
- Facilitate master data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization efforts.
- Lead data migration and synchronization activities during system implementations.
- Define and implement data stewardship and governance programs.
- Perform and support regular audits and assessments of master data to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Provide technical expertise on MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, etc.
- Train and mentor business users on MDM processes, tools, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve master data-related issues, ensuring data consistency and availability.
