Role : Stibo MDM Developer.Experience : 3-5 years.Location : Bangalore, Pune.Notice period : Immediate to 15 days.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP solutions based on business requirements.- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.- Develop data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.- Create and maintain data quality rules and validations.- Design and implement data models within Stibo STEP to support master data domains.- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.- Design and implement workflows in Stibo STEP to manage data lifecycle and approvals.- Automate data management processes using Stibo STEP workflows.- Optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.- Develop and maintain data integration processes using Stibo STEP Connect and other ETL tools.- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Stibo STEP.- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Stibo STEP solutions.- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Ensure Stibo STEP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.- Document Stibo STEP development processes and best practices.- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in Stibo MDM development.- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.- Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP platform.- Experience in data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Immediate to 15 days notice period.Technical Skills : - Stibo Systems' STEP platform.- Data modeling.- Workflow design and implementation.- Data integration and ETL.- SQL.- XML.- Java (basic knowledge).- Web services (REST/SOAP).- Data quality management.Preferred Qualifications : - Stibo STEP certifications.- Experience with other MDM platforms.- Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.- Experience with agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
