Role : Stibo MDM Developer.

Experience : 3-5 years.

Location : Bangalore, Pune.

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.

- Develop data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.

- Create and maintain data quality rules and validations.

- Design and implement data models within Stibo STEP to support master data domains.

- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.

- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.

- Design and implement workflows in Stibo STEP to manage data lifecycle and approvals.

- Automate data management processes using Stibo STEP workflows.

- Optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain data integration processes using Stibo STEP Connect and other ETL

tools.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Stibo STEP.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Stibo STEP solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure Stibo STEP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration

guides, and user manuals.

- Document Stibo STEP development processes and best practices.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to deliver high-

quality solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.

Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Stibo MDM development.

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.

- Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP platform.

- Experience in data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.

- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Immediate to 15 days notice period.

Technical Skills :


- Stibo Systems' STEP platform.

- Data modeling.

- Workflow design and implementation.

- Data integration and ETL.

- SQL.

- XML.

- Java (basic knowledge).

- Web services (REST/SOAP).

- Data quality management.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Stibo STEP certifications.

- Experience with other MDM platforms.

- Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.

- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.

- Experience with agile development methodologies
