**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a First Line Support - Infrastructure, you will be the first point of contact for our IT-related queries and issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT systems.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Install and Configure Software and Hardware**: Set up and maintain essential IT infrastructure.
- ** Manage Network Servers and Technology Tools**: Ensure our network and tools are running smoothly.
- ** Set Up Accounts for New Users**: Manage workstations and mobile devices for new employees.
- ** Monitor Performance**: Keep an eye on system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- ** Troubleshoot Issues and Outages**: Quickly resolve any IT issues to minimize downtime.
- ** Ensure Security**: Implement access controls, backups, and firewalls to protect our data.
- ** Upgrade Systems**: Keep our systems up-to-date with the latest releases and models.
- ** Develop Expertise**: Train staff on new technologies and build an internal wiki with technical documentation.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide troubleshooting and technical support to employees.
- ** Manage System Permissions**: Create and manage user accounts and system permissions.
- ** Maintain IT Inventory**: Keep track of IT assets within the region.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- ** Technical Skills**: Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- ** Software Knowledge**: Good understanding of TEAMs, Office365, and Autopilot.
- ** Security Awareness**: Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- ** Versatility**: Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Resourcefulness and a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication skills.
- ** Experience**: 2+ years’ experience in system administration.
- ** Education**: Associate or higher degree in a related field.
- ** Availability**: Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
