**1. Packing Operations**:

- Oversee and coordinate the packing operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate packing of food products according to specified guidelines and standards.
- Supervise packing staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Monitor packing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

**2. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of packed food products, including quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records and address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels of packing materials and supplies.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that packed food products meet the required quality and hygiene standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on packed products to identify any defects, contamination, or packaging errors.
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the packing area.

**4. Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of packing equipment, including sealing machines, labeling machines, and weighing scales.
- Schedule regular maintenance checks and servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed to minimize downtime.

**5. Team Management**:

- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to packing team members based on workload and skill levels, ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and willingness to learn packing procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift items during packing activities.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
