**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Packing Products**: Carefully pack products into boxes or other containers, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.

**Quality Control**: Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards, and report any defects or issues.

**Inventory Management**: Assist with checking and organizing products before packing, ensuring that stock levels are accurate.

**Sorting and Organizing**: Sort items based on orders and efficiently group them for packing.

**Packing Materials**: Utilize the appropriate packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam, paper, etc.) to safeguard products.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate packing records and complete necessary paperwork related to inventory and shipping.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**: Ensure packing areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

**Safety and Compliance**: Follow safety guidelines and health regulations when handling products and packaging materials.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse and logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

**Skills**:
Ability to lift and carry items

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic understanding of shipping processes and inventory systems.

**Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift boxes and products.

**Work Environment**: Fast-paced warehouse or production setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with packing machinery or automated systems.

Familiarity with barcode scanning and order processing software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
