**Position: Packing, Loading & Unloading Staff**
**Age limit: - 18 years to 30 years.**
**Experience: -** 6 Months to 1 Year.
**Required Nos: - 1 Nos.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Packing Duties**:

- Prepare and pack goods according to standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packages for easy identification and tracking.
- Verify the accuracy of order details before packing to minimize errors.

**Loading & Unloading**:

- Safely load and unload goods onto/from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
- Operate necessary equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move heavy items efficiently.
- Collaborate with drivers and logistics team members to organize loading schedules.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any damages or defects before packing.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Inventory Management:Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by performing regular stock counts.

Keep records of incoming and outgoing goods to facilitate proper inventory control.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling goods.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist other team members with their tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in packing, loading, and unloading activities is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.

- Office Timing: - 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday.)
