**Job Title**: Warehouse Technician
**Location: Oman**

**Reporting To**: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Purpose**:
To assist in day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control of materials and equipment, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against delivery documents.
- Properly store materials and supplies in designated locations ensuring safe handling and preservation.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials as per request orders ensuring first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP).
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Report any damaged or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and managing documentation for dispatches and receipts.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in warehouse or logistics is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations (experience in Oman or GCC preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, or manual).
- Ability to read packing lists, invoices, and material specifications.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and handling procedures.
- **Other Skills**:

- Basic English communication (written and spoken).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials.
- Forklift or equipment operation certification is an advantage.
