**Outcomes Expected**:
**Q2 Objectives**:Complete end-to-end ownership of 1 product launch or GTM campaign generating $50K+ pipeline

**Year 1 Objectives**:Contribute directly to $500K+ in new ARR through strategic initiatives and process improvements

**Responsibilities - Strategic Execution & Analysis**:
**Strategic Planning & Analysis -**Conduct deep-dive analyses on market opportunities, competitive landscape, and business performance

**Product Strategy & Coordination -**Conduct customer research and market analysis to inform product priorities. Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure market-driven product development

**Go-to-Market Execution -**Support development and refinement of messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
- Demonstrated experience with analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking

- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
