**Job Title**: Oracle OTM / GTM Functional

**Job Profile**: Functional Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide functional support for **Oracle OTM and GTM** modules in a live production environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, trade compliance, and customs processes.
- Collaborate with business users to understand process requirements and offer timely solutions.
- Manage configuration and maintenance of OTM/GTM master data, workflows, and rule sets.
- Work with technical teams to support enhancements, custom reports, and integrations.
- Document support activities, issue resolutions, and system/process updates.
- Participate in regression and user acceptance testing during updates or patching cycles.
- Ensure system availability and accuracy during critical business operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 7+ years** of experience as a Functional Consultant in **Oracle OTM and/or GTM**, with at least **3+ years in Oracle Cloud** preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics execution, trade compliance, customs management, and freight audit processes.
- Hands-on experience with OTM planning parameters, rates, itineraries, and order management integration.
- Experience in a **support environment**, using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.
- Ability to work independently during **US PST hours** (10:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Cloud Certification in OTM or GTM is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for OTM/GTM integrations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with related Oracle SCM modules is beneficial.
