**Quick summary of the role**:
We are looking to add an experienced Renewal Rockstar to our sales team to take care of renewal subscriptions and other contract renewals. Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns and ensure customer retention.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Have done renewal sales in an ed-tech or demonstrated solid results in renewing B2C customers at scale.
- Deliver revenue targets at 80-90% renewal rates.
- History of high achievement in an Inside Sales role and renewals, demonstrated by revenue.
- Managed Customer experience in the past.
- Strong problem solving / first-principles thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field or relevant experience.
- 2+ years doing Renewals, Customer support and Revenue generation.
- Solid understanding of Post sales process and Revenue generation.
- Ability to close renewal sales over the phone.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to develop relationships.
- Strong communication skills.

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Schedule: Day shift**

**Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus**

**Experience: Business development: 2+ Years(preferred)**

**Language: English(preferred)**

**Note: Hindi and English are mandatory but along with that knowing Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu would be a plus.**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
