Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead solar and wind projects from design to commissioning. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience managing renewable energy installations, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid) ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth project execution.
  • Review design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Manage site teams, ensure safety standards, and conduct progress meetings.
  • Liaise with government bodies and clients for permits, inspections, and project handover.
  • Track performance metrics and implement corrective measures to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Prepare project reports and monitor O&M transition after commissioning.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of PV design, EPC processes, and energy policies.
  • Experience in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel for planning and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • PMP certification or renewable energy certification preferred.
