**General Office Administration**:

**Legal Responsibilities (On-Site & Off-Site)**:
- **Contract Drafting & Review**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, agreements, and MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) for various business operations.
- Ensure all documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Litigation Management**:
- Assist in managing litigation cases by coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Prepare case summaries, maintain case files, and follow up on legal proceedings.
- Represent the company in administrative matters, such as arbitration hearings and labor-related disputes.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and corporate governance.
- Assist in filing legal documents with government agencies, ensuring timely submission of statutory reports and licenses.
- **Legal Research**:
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the company.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to management on regulatory changes and potential legal risks.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify potential legal risks associated with various business transactions and provide mitigation strategies.
- Assist in developing and updating company policies to reduce legal exposure.
- **Off-Site Legal Support**:
- Attend meetings with external legal teams, government bodies, and vendors when required.
- Manage any legal proceedings or negotiations taking place off-site, including inspections and third-party assessments.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a similar admin cum legal role, with exposure to both corporate administration and legal proceedings.
- **Key Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of legal concepts, compliance requirements, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both on-site and off-site roles efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
