Job Title: Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment sourcing.

Qualifications:

- Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using job portals and other sourcing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
