**Responsibilities -**
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead and manage a recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
- Create accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Oversee screening and interviewing processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Ensure diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

2. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 4 years (preferred)
- Client Handling: 2 years (preferred)
