Role Description:

We are looking for a people-forward, service-driven Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead

operations at a new experiential bar with a vibrant, neighbourhood feel. The ideal candidate

is a natural host—warm, approachable, and hands-on—with a proven ability to create a

culture of hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy

environment.

Guest Experience & Service

 Lead from the floor as the face of the bar; set the tone for warm, engaging, and

professional service.

 Foster a fun, welcoming, and neighbourhood-friendly vibe where regulars feel at

home and new guests feel like insiders.

 Anticipate and resolve guest concerns with empathy and promptness.

 Recruit, train, and mentor a team that is motivated, people-oriented, and aligned with

the brand's vision.

 Create a strong service culture with emphasis on attentiveness, storytelling, and

memorable guest interactions.

 Schedule and manage staffing to ensure smooth operations across busy service

hours.

 Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant operations, ensuring consistency in service,

cleanliness, and standards.

 Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships for both bar and kitchen.

 Maintain compliance with all safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

 Drive topline sales through upselling, programming, and community engagement.

 Manage budgets, track P&L, and optimize costs without compromising experience.

 Support in planning and executing weekly programming, events, and brand

activations.

 Build strong relationships with guests, corporates, and local community groups.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns, social media

moments, and event-driven traffic.

 Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the bar's fun, sociable, and experiential

identity.

Qualifications:

 5+ years of management experience in bars, gastropubs, or experiential restaurants.

 Strong track record in guest relations and team leadership.

 People-first manager with the ability to motivate, mentor, and retain staff.

 Financially astute, with a good grasp of P&L and cost control.

 Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

 Charismatic, approachable, and people-oriented.

 Service-driven, detail-focused, and hands-on.

 Energetic, fun-loving, and community-minded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65, ₹75,000.00 per month
