JOB OBJECTIVES
To be able to effectively provide quality HR services daily for Office and provide timely responses and resolutions to employee concerns. The job entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources, office administration, and executive assistance role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
HR ADMIN ROLES:
- Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as liaison between management and employees
- Works with HR team in Reviewing employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues, Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc.)
- Monitoring of Insurance, Visa and Immigration applications, requirements and renewal.
- Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
- Records Keeping and Management
- Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers
- Run errands and also deliver messages
- Manage Office Boys/Peons
- Order services, supplies, and materials
- Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
- Office facilities management.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by the executive office members
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
