**About the role**:Experience in testing of Web/mWeb, mobile app and API. Help in automation as per project needs (UI/API).
**Expectations/ Requirements**
- Educational qualification: BE/ B.tech/ MCA/ M.tech
- 3-6 Years of Experience.
- Windows servers installation, basic configuration, resource utilization, health check and monitoring skills.
- Understanding on IIS, or any other web servers.
- Knows windows failover clustering and load balancing features
- Knowledge of any of the logging, alerting and monitoring tools like ManageEngine, Kibana, New Relic, Negios, Zabbix, MTR etc.
- Operate and monitor systems, detection, and communications essential for handling calls and support urgent incidents & communications between the support groups/team.
- Should conduct his responsibilities in a very organized manner with proper documentation.
- Aware of windows Server roles and features comprising HyperV, File, Print, Terminal, and Windows Server Update Services, Failover Clustering, NLB, Web Server (IIS), and Active Directory services including user and group accounts and group policies.
- Basic understanding of data security, antivirus/antimalware, and regular data backup of SQL DB, MySQL, windows file system using enterprise backup solutions.
**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**
Good communication and written skills - Experience creating detailed technical tickets and able to understand topology and network behaviours.
**Education **:Bachelors or Master’s degree in statistics, economics, engineering, math or relevant quantitative discipline with strong academic performance is required
