Roles and Responsibilities
---------------------
- Good knowledge in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) environments, handling high-end servers, Desktop support.
Good understanding of Cyber security and network architecture.
Good communication and interpersonal skills will be required.
Be proactive for optimization & automation
Maintain a working relationship with IT team
Build & maintain, the infrastructure on premise & cloud.
Maintain, repair & upgrade network & computer hardware.
Fix problems in network, software & hardware.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Conduct troubleshooting for network & hardware.
Maintain Internet, Intranet, VPN, SAN Switch and other required network services (printers/scanners/controllers).
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
Install and test computer/network related equipment
Remote Support-Desktop and Remote Assistance Remote management through Team Viewer & Remote Desktop
Respond to and resolve help desk requests.

Good to have skills (will be trained on job/need)

- Linux Shell/Python Scripting, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus, Git, CI/CD, DevOps
Administration skills in Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, AWS, KVM, OpenStack, VMware,
Security configuration using TLS, IAM, Certificates, PKI, Tokens, SSO
Familarity with Docker containers, Swarm Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kibana

- 2+ years experience in Network & System Administration with relevant certification like RHCA.
Relevant educational qualification in the field, Eager to learn.
Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.

**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
