**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
- Handle travel arrangements, reminders, and confidential correspondence
- Support in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills in **Tamil, English, and Hindi**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
