- Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide Support and Guidance: Offer emotional, practical, and physical support to residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop Care Plans: Create individualized care plans that outline goals and strategies for residents' development and well-being.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and confidential records of residents' progress, interactions, and any relevant information.
- Collaborate with Others: Work effectively with other staff members, families, community agencies, and relevant professionals to ensure comprehensive support for residents.
- Advocate for Residents: Represent residents' interests and advocate for their needs within the system and community.
- Promote Positive Behaviors: Model appropriate behaviors and encourage positive interactions among residents, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Assess and Evaluate: Continuously assess residents' needs and progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and clear communication with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of residents, implementing appropriate safety measures and reporting any concerns.
- Attend Training and Meetings: Stay current with relevant training and participate in staff meetings to ensure professional development and knowledge.

Pay: ₹9,943.83 - ₹25,063.70 per month
