Job Title: Psychiatric Social Worker

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Social Worker to join our mental health team. In this role, you will support individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges by providing assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and connecting clients with community resources. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs for resources that enhance their quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address emotional and behavioral issues.
- Offer crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation.
- Stay current on best practices in mental health and available resources.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with a focus on mental health.
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Prior experience in a clinical or mental health setting preferred.
