**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Counseling**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, including psychosocial factors, risk assessment, and strengths. Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address a range of mental health concerns.
- **Case Management**: Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and preferences. Coordinate referrals to appropriate services, such as psychiatric treatment, substance abuse programs, housing assistance, and vocational training.
- **Advocacy and Support**: Advocate for clients' rights and access to mental health services within the community and healthcare systems. Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and assistance with navigating social services and entitlement programs.
- **Education and Outreach**: Conduct educational workshops and community outreach activities to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote mental wellness. Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to enhance mental health resources and support networks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on program activities, outcomes, and client progress for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Social Work or related field, with a focus on mental health counseling or clinical social work.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred.
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental illness and diverse populations, preferably in a nonprofit or community-based setting.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills, with knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build rapport and empower clients to achieve their goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
