**BIM Modeler**

Job Summary:
A BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and managing digital models of construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role involves collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and detailed representation of project designs, facilitating better planning, visualization, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Model Creation and Management**:

- Develop detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Ensure models are accurate and comply with project specifications and standards.
- Update models based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate their designs into the BIM model.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to detect and resolve clashes and inconsistencies.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights from the BIM models.
- **Documentation and Visualization**:

- Generate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Create visualizations and animations to assist in project presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- **Data Management**:

- Ensure all BIM data is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Manage and organize the model database, ensuring it is accessible to all project stakeholders.
- Implement BIM standards and protocols across the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular model reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and coordination checks using BIM tools.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM best practices within the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in BIM or related courses is advantageous.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role within the construction or design industry.
- Familiarity with architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to identify and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Pay: ₹10,274.01 - ₹45,420.77 per month
