**Position Opening**: International Call Centre Executive - Australian Process
We are actively seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Call Centre Executive with fluent English and International call Centre experience, responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls aligned with Australian timing. The role encompasses a dynamic mix of voice and non-voice tasks, making excellent English voice communication skills an indispensable requirement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exemplary customer support through both voice and non-voice channels.
- Take charge of following up with customers and internal staff.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Graduates are preferred.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Excellent and Fluent spoken English communication skills are imperative.
