Write and post technical job descriptions

Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen NON-IT resumes

Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with NON-IT professionals

Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

**Desired Skills**:
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced & metrics driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- NON-IT Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
- Any RPO Experience?: 1 year (preferred)
