**Requirement Details**:

- Inbound & outbound calls
- Collect and analyze call-center statistics
- Whatsapp and id handling
- to maintain high customer service standards
- Telephone handling
- To handle queries carefully and politely
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage Donors by taking extra efforts.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Work with colleagues to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term professional relationships.
- Provide periodic reports to Key Manager.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
