**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Udaipur.
Proficient in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B1 or B2.
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support via online channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
**Qualifications**
Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
Technical support skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve
Experience in an online customer support role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with fashion e-commerce, proficiency in multiple languages, and experience with CRM software.
Pay: ₹9,839.72 - ₹15,000.00 per month
