**Job Summary**

We at Warrgyizmorsch looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our office, a professional who will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and addressing their queries and concerns. The role involves working in a rotational shift environment to provide round-the-clock support to our global clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers through various communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system
- Work in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts and weekends, to provide continuous customer support across different time zones
- Maintain a good understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to hold English Conversation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
