Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Customer Relationship Officer. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. Key tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining documentation of customer interactions. This role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Basic knowledge of Finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the paints or coatings industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
