**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new service staff on menu knowledge and service etiquette.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure table setups, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Promote special menus, offers, and upsell menu items to guests.
- Manage reservations and coordinate table arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Captain, Head Waiter, or similar role in a restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and professional attitude with a guest-first approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
