We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Captain who will assist the Restaurant Captain in daily operations, ensure smooth service, maintain customer satisfaction, and learn all aspects of food & beverage service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Captain in supervising the service staff and daily operations.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service hours.
  • Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating and service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
  • Learn and follow service standards, billing procedures, and POS system.
  • Support in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in training and motivating the service team.
  • Maintain records of orders, inventory, and feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹36,702.50 per month
