**Steward/Captain**

Key Responsibilities:
Vessel Operation: Take command of the vessel, including navigation, maneuvering, and docking, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.

Crew Leadership: Lead and manage the crew, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety and security procedures, conduct regular drills, and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and international laws.

Passenger Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service, responding to passenger needs and ensuring a positive onboard experience.

Emergency Response: Take charge in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fires, and other incidents, coordinating the crew and implementing emergency procedures as necessary.

Maintenance and Inspections: Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the crew, port authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, reporting, and budget management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
