Job Summary:
The Online Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales processes, ensuring smooth operations, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate online sales activities across multiple e-commerce platforms and the company website
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective online sales strategies
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory across all online channels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online purchases
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and online marketplaces
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the e-commerce space
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and special offers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Familiarity with graphic design software
