Key responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, maintaining a consistent brand voice, responding to comments and inquiries, and staying current on social media trends and algorithms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**:Developing, creating, and scheduling compelling text, image, and video content tailored to specific social media platforms.
- **Community Management**:Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community to foster brand loyalty and provide customer service.
- **Strategic Planning**:Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns that align with overall brand goals.
- **Performance Analysis**:Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform future strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensuring a unified brand voice and consistent messaging across all social media channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and interacting with the audience.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset for developing innovative and engaging content ideas.
- **Analytical Skills**: The ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
