**Requirements**:

- _**Expertise with Physics concepts/topics at the school level (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)**_
- _**Full professional proficiency/fluency in the English language (writing, speaking and reading)**_
- _**Minimum 3 years of experience with teaching**_ _**IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level - Physics content**_
- _**Acute attention to detail**_
- _**Excellent communication and coordination skills**_
- _**Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad**_
- Knack for thinking like a primary-grade student
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Physics (MSc/BSc Physics)
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Thermodynamics (MSc/BSc Thermodynamics)
- Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethics and high work quality standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating/curating content and scripts (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)
- Getting familiarised with script creation blueprint
- Creative thinking
- Working with experienced in-house SMEs to create/curate academic content
- Shadowing other team leaders to understand and to get familiarised with academic creation blueprints
- Presenting mental versatility to be able to think like a 2nd grader
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time, in concurrence with team members and other leaders
